It criss cross front lace buckle, offers a bit of support. according to the manufacturer.This bra would be ok for Pilates, Yoga, even Weight Training… but not running, or weight bearing activities.It‚s very pretty, and has removable pads, and is comfortable.It‚s also good for lounging and sleeping.I would prefer more support in a sports bra, but I love this for everyday.
